To Cleveland Ohio! We chose Cleveland because we were able to drive, we could stay in walking distance to the ballpark and other attractions, and Lexington was halfway so it would make a good lay over city!

We were lucky enough to have someone recommend the Old Friends Horse farm to tour when we stopped in Lexington. It was truly remarkable to see the work they do with retired race horses. John was our tour guide and he touched us with his love of the horses, he called himself a "horse geek"!

These two enjoyed the afternoon as well. Cal loved it and Savannah was not so sure - one minute she was all about the horses and the next she wanted nothing to do with them!
We had a wonderful long weekend and are blessed to have such a happy family.
