After seeing Santa yesterday, we took Savannah's annual cookie picture...holding the signature spatula...her 3rd Christmas Cookie pic!
This morning Savannah woke up around 6am and I had plans for her. She and I snuck down to the kitchen to make Bourbon Balls, a surprise for Daddy...here she is stirring in her PJ's.
Grandma came over this afternoon and we kept baking! While Savannah was napping, the sugar cookies were baked so when she woke up she could help decorate. Here Grandma is showing Savannah how to get the icing the perfect colors.
Savannah loved decorating the cookies with sprinkles...she especially loved sampling her art work...on every cookie...it was so funny. The sweetest part of the whole day was when Savannah looked at Grandma and said "Grandma, this is fun!".
